When will my order ship?
The Cub House is a very small team, but we always try to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders will ship within 3 days
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
We offer refunds and exchanges on new, unused/unworn product within 4 days of when you receive the order.
Due to the nature of this site being a short term pop up, returns/exchanges must be recieved by August 16th.
Our team will leave Italy after this date. If you are in need of an exchange or return after this date you will need to ship to the USA.

When will this Pop Up end?
The last day to purchase from our site is August 2nd.
Is Anything Final Sale?
There are a few items from other brands for sale on this site. Those items will be final sale. Including WHAT HAPPENED OUTDOORS, ULTRADYNAMICO.
Additionally, certain accessories are final sale such as stickers. Items are noted as Final Sale in the product listing.
